3. How do campers choose their activities?
In the 7 Day Overnight Camp, the campers are given a guided tour of the camp and the various programs available. They then meet with their counsellor to choose the activities they are most interested in. Campers are given the freedom to plan their own activities based on interest and ability.

4. This is the first camp experience for my child. Will he/she be homesick?
Our friendly atmosphere and understanding staff help campers overcome the natural fears and concerns of being away from home. Getting kids involved in the program and making new friends helps to overcome the fears associated with leaving home and family. It is our goal to make their stay at Circle Square Ranch as enjoyable as possible. I will spend time with any homesick child and if necessary call the parent.

5. Should letters and parcels be sent?
Parents are encouraged to write and to send parcels to their children which can be left on registration day to ensure your child will receive it the week they are at camp. If you mail letters or parcels please send them early so that your child will receive them the week they are here. Please do not send food parcels that contain nuts. Campers do not receive email sent to the office address, but can receive email through "ecamp". You can find a link to ecamp on our Home Page.
